Ticket and Package Policy: All tickets and tour packages are strictly non-refundable, non-reroutable, and non-transferable. Unused services or no-shows are non-refundable.
Minor Travelers: Passengers under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent. If traveling with a guardian, a DSWD clearance/Letter of Consent and valid IDs are required.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any losses or additional charges due to government-mandated cancellations or unforeseen events (e.g., emergencies, natural disasters). Any surcharges imposed by hotels/resorts/operators are the responsibility of the client.
Land Arrangement Rebooking: Subject to hotel/operator approval. Rate differences or additional fees may apply.
Flight Cancellations/Delays: Flight disruptions are beyond our control. If your ticket is booked with us, we will assist with rebooking, travel fund requests, or refunds, but the final decision rests with the airline. The initial service charge is non-refundable.
Flight Monitoring: Passengers are responsible for monitoring flight schedules through the airline’s website (Manage Booking) or by contacting our agency. We are not liable for missed transfers or tours due to flight delays, but we will provide necessary assistance.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Passengers without insurance assume full responsibility for any costs incurred.
Tours & Transfers: All tours and transfers are conducted on a seat-in-coach (joiners) basis. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to insufficient participants, weather conditions, or road situations. Guests must be on time for pick-ups. Delays may result in forfeiture without refund.
Island Hopping: Guests must follow the scheduled itinerary. No refund will be provided for missed or skipped complimentary island hopping tours.
Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00–3:00 PM, and check-out is 12:00 NN. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Room Requests: Bed configurations and special requests are subject to availability at check-in.
Incidental Expenses: Any charges for lost key cards, damaged hotel property, or minibar consumption are the guest’s responsibility.
Security Deposit: Hotels may require a refundable security deposit upon check-in, which will be returned at check-out if no damages are incurred.
