📌REMINDERS
1. Internet - Mobile signal is intermittent and not stable at the Ranger Station. Although there’s a signal at the home stay, you still need to go to the rooftop. Globe is the only network with signal at the homestay.
2. Weather - It is Amihan transition period, the weather and the wind is still cold and may range from 3-6 degrees centigrade. Please be ready with your jacket and rain coat. We cannot assure the chance of rain, it depends on the mountain self weather condition.
3. Water source - There are 2 available water source in the middle of the trail and at camp 2. Water is clean and potable, but for sensitive people, please bring your own water.
4. Dim trekking - Almost 4hrs of dim trekking so please bring your own headlamps/flight lights. Spare batteries are advisable.
5. Regarding the proper layering of jacket, please bring at least 2 jackets. Bubble jacket, fleece and wind breaker are recommended. If normal hoody jacket, please bring up to 3. Gloves and bonnet are needed. You can buy gloves and bonnet at the Ranger Station (PhP30-100)
6. Please wear proper shoes (hiking or running). Sandals are not recommended.
7. Beddings are provided at the homestay. Please bring your own towel.
8. Please advise if you have food allergies. Food to be served are mixed veggies, pork, beef, chicken and sea foods.
9. You can secure your own fit to climb certificate from an MD or physician.
We can also secure fit to climb certificate at the Clinic near DENR for PhP150.
10. All included in the event fee and no hidden charges except for personal expenses and food that are not included in the 4 meals.
11. Please bring a small bag (string bag/hydration bag) for the hike proper.
Big bags are not required since we will leave them at the home stay. You can bring your trail food and water during the hike.
12. It is advisable to bring only 1 bag per person so we have more space in the van. Please no LUGGAE.
13. Please don't leave your belongings unattended. We are not responsible for theft or loss of personal property.
14. For event fee balance, please bring cash.
15. Itinerary is just a guide and may be changed depending on the circumstances. Adjustments will be done if necessary, specially during pick up time caused by traffic and delayed of other participants/joiners.

📌PAYMENT DETAILS AND CONDITIONS:
1. No to joy reserver.
2. No deadline for reservation fee, but first depositor will be prioritized on reserved slot.
3. Cancelation of event due to typhoon, earthquake or other unpredictable events will be considered to get a full refund of the down payment.
5. Foreigners are required to add additional 850 pesos for DENR foreigner's fee.
Reservation fee is 1500PhP.
-The organizer has the right to CANCEL the event if the MINIMUM (8pax) number of participants are not met. Reservation fee will be fully refunded if the event is cancelled unless rescheduled. Reservation fee is NON REFUNDABLE BUT TRANSFERRABLE for possible new joiner(s).
-In cases of cancellation due to weather conditions and safety issues, the organizer has the right to cancel, hold the downpayment and reschedule the event on a certain date agreeable in consensus with the participants.
-However if a certain participant is not available on the rescheduled date, the downpayment can be refunded.
